Order policy and conditions of sale and returns

1.- ORDERS AND SALES CONDITIONS.

The products offered through the Website carrickbrand.com are intended for purchase by Users.

In order to purchase on the Website carrickbrand.com In order to be eligible, the User must be 18 years of age or older.

In order to place orders through the Website, the User must provide a series of data prior to contracting, through the purchase form, and which will be necessary in order to manage the purchase order.

  1. - PRICE AND FORM OF PAYMENT.

Once the data on the form has been completed, the User must proceed to pay for the order through the means of payment specified on the Website.

After the payment is made, the User will receive a order confirmation emailThis will include a summary of the items purchased, the shipping method requested and the destination address.

If, at the time of payment, an incident occurs that prevents payment, the User will receive an automatic payment error message and his/her order will not be processed until the payment process has been successfully completed.

The prices of the services are expressed in Euros (€), including taxes and handling and shipping costs, the amount of which will be indicated at the time of the final confirmation of each order.

In the Web site carrickbrand.com it will be possible to offer discount codes to its Users. Such discounts may only be applied in accordance with the instructions specified by Carrick Lifestyle S.L. with respect to each code.

3.- SHIPMENTS

You can spend a period 1 to 7 working days from the day of purchase to the day of receipt of the order. If you have chosen to ship within 72 hours you will receive it within the next 3 to 5 business days and if you have chosen to ship within 24 hours, you will receive it the next business day.

Orders placed after 12 noon will be shipped on the next business day.

Orders containing a customised product, engraved version, will delay the delivery to the courier company by 3 to 5 working days. In holiday periods, months of July and August and local holidays this period may be increased to 15 working days.

The company that will take care of the transport will be Post office. In case you have any doubts about the status of your order you can contact us at the following e-mail info@carrickbrand.com.

In case of return of the order to the Customer's premises, (for example: customer absent, order rejected, unsuccessful delivery attempts...) the shipping costs for the second shipment will be 6.95€ to be transferred to the indicated bank account.

  1. - RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

4.1 Returns.

The User may return to Carrick Lifestyle S.L, the products purchased. To formalize the return, the User must contact Carrick Lifestyle S.L. at info@carrickbrand.comThe customer will receive a copy of the return form, indicating the product or products to be returned, and the reason for the return. Upon receipt of such communication, Carrick Lifestyle S.L. will indicate to the User, if appropriate, the method of collection or shipment to its stores of the product.

Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and - if applicable - documentation and original accessories that came with it. If the User does not do so, Carrick Lifestyle S.L. reserves the right to refuse the return. Once the product has been received and the condition of the product has been checked, Carrick Lifestyle S.L. will proceed to arrange the shipment of another product of identical characteristics, or in the event that the return is due to a defect in the product to refund the amounts paid.

In the event that due to a lack of stock, another product of identical characteristics cannot be shipped, a refund of the amounts paid for the purchase of the returned product will be made as soon as possible.

Personalised products cannot be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal.

In the event that the User is not satisfied with the products received in his order, the User, in accordance with the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, will have a period of seven calendar day to return the same, without any penalty and without the need to indicate the reasons, although you must bear the direct cost of returning the order to Carrick Lifestyle S.L. To formalize the return, you must contact Carrick Lifestyle S.L. at info@carrickbrand.com After receiving this communication, Carrick Lifestyle S.L. will indicate how to send the order to its stores, which must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and - if applicable - documentation and original accessories that came with it. If this is not the case, Carrick Lifestyle S.L. reserves the right to refuse the return. The return of amounts paid will be carried out as soon as possible.

No refunds will be made for shipping costs to the customer or for accessory products such as: gift wrapping.
