Can I personalize my bracelet?

You can laser engrave any message on one side of the anchor or hook. Once you select the bracelet, a line will appear where you can write the text of your choice up to 15 characters.

Can I customize my garments?

You can customize your T-shirts and sweatshirts. Once you have selected the garment, you choose the location of your personalization: On the outside back neck or on the outside front hip. Then you can write the text you want up to 25 characters and choose a font size of 0.7 or 1.2 cm as you prefer.

How long does my order take?

Shipping times will depend on the product chosen.

Orders that only include UNENGRADED Bracelets and are placed before 12 noon will be shipped the same day and delivered the next business day. If the order is placed after 12 noon, it will be shipped the next business day and received within 24 hours.

The rest of our items such as Engraved Bracelets, T-shirts and Sweatshirts (with or without personalization) have an estimated delivery time of 5 to 7 working days.

If your order includes two or more products with different delivery times, the longer delivery time should be taken into account. During holidays, July and August and local festivities this delivery time may be longer.

Can I buy from the Canary Islands?

Yes, you can. Once you make the purchase we will refund the VAT and upon receipt of your order you may have to pay 12.84 euros of customs charges + 7% of IGIC. You will have to send us your ID in order to process the documentation.

How is my bracelet shipped?

Your bracelet is sent protected in its respective box and in turn, inside a reinforced padded envelope, both cardboard and completely free of plastics according to the Carrick philosophy.

What size is my bracelet?

All bracelets fit perfectly with sliding knots and fit all wrists. If you have a slim wrist, you can take a look at our Mini collection, designed especially for slim wrists.

How do I choose the size of my garment?

In each product sheet you will find a guide with all the measurements for you to choose your correct size.

Returns and exchanges

At Carrick we are always looking for excellence in customer service and that you are always satisfied with us. Our products are of high quality, however, we are aware that on occasion for any reason you may want to return the product. You will have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the purchase for exchanges and returns, always with its original box and with all its contents inside in perfect condition.

Send us an email with your order number to info@carrickbrand.com. Once we have verified that the return is correct we will proceed to refund the amount of the products you return, we will never refund the shipping costs, nor the cost of gift wrapping.

You will not be able to exchange or return engraved or personalized items.

My bracelet is defective, what do I do?

First, we apologize. Then send us an email to info@carrickbrand.com, with your order number and all the information you can provide.
