"WE ARE PART OF A GLOBAL COMMUNITY THAT HELPS CLEAN UP OUR OCEANS."
We welcome you to this new adventure, with a clear commitment: that all our bracelets are made from revalued plastic waste and, of course, collected from the ocean.
Love of the sea is a way of life and that is why we have taken this new direction; we have also decided to be part of the SEAQUAL INITIATIVE because of its link with the sailors; who directly help to keep the seas they work in clean.
We will tell you everything from the transparency, as the crew deserves from their Captain. Are you coming aboard this new adventure? Or have you already done it? Either way, thank you for getting here, that's the sign of #CarrickCrew. Keep scrolling, we think you'll like to know the whole story.

SEAQUAL INITIATIVE is a global community with one voice. We work together to educate, inform and raise awareness about the issues facing our oceans and the blue economy. |
The power of the #CarrickCrew when you buy is one of most powerful for change. By choosing sustainable products that contain Upcycled Marine Plastic, you help clean up our oceans and become a society that moves around the circular economy. |
WHY SEAQUAL INITIATIVE?
COMMUNITY | KM 0 | COME FULL CIRCLE |
It's a whole community of collaborators, not a product. Its mission is to allow the revaluation of plastic marine garbage. In this way, the waste found in the oceans is collected and transformed into new material; always through their approved collaborators. And they are not a manufacture. All products made with the SEAQUAL® YARN are approved under license. In our specific case: SEAQUAL Textile Certification No.: SY050OT2000449 |
SEAQUAL INITIATIVE is a global community but its centre of operations is in Barcelona, i.e. all the beneficiaries of its actions are local economies in the surrounding area. Plastic is collected from our seas and oceans, revalued plastic is also managed in Spain and finally our rope is also manufactured here. We continue to reduce harmful emissions in this way and encourage collaboration with small companies and initiatives in our environment. |
The circular economy is based on one main objective: closing the loops. SEAQUAL INITIATIVE and our ship are promoting the revaluation of waste in order to manufacture new materials and new products. In this way, we are reducing the use of virgin materials that can cause more waste and finding a place for everything that exists. |
