Inspiration

The Almansa was a Navy training ship, with a wooden hull and propeller propulsion. Built in Spain in 1864, it had a displacement of 3900 tons and a length of 85 meters, in which 600 men sailed. It was under the command of Victoriano Sánchez Barcáiztegui during the battle of Callao.
